For Trail Horse models with 5-spoke alloy wheels and jackshafts... The NOS OEM mounting plate fits the side of the frame that is opposite from the clutch, and can be used in direct drive setups, or with a jackshaft where both jackshaft sprockets are mounted next to each other on the clutch...
