Hi I can't seem to hook up my throttle cable to the carb. linkage and i cut some of the cable and now it frayed. I would like to know what I do with my throttle cable in order to to hook up to my carb. linkage. I don't know where the throttle cable goes.

I don't know if it belongs in this area, but I am hopeful someone can tell me what I have. Thank you

My first briggs rebuild for my little cat. Model 61102. 2 hp . I had it bored .010 , new piston and rings. Ring gap.011 . Piston to wall .003. This thing is tight! I need a wrench to turn it. Is this normal or am I missing something?
