Picked these up on a bike yesterday. I don't know anything about them. Was told they're "vultures" and were rare. Can anyone help me with identifing these wheels?

Does anyone know the make of this wheel? It's on this go-kart that I've never been able to identify and I'd like to replace it. I'm not even sure if it can hold air yet. Although I'm pretty sure it's got a tube. But just for the looks of it I want to replace it.

Anybody have a source for the wheel bearings for a Warrior? I followed a link I found on this forum or another forum, I cant remember which, to a set of bearings that were supposed to fit. Got them and they were way to small. I don't have a good bearing house near me so it looks like online...

This was the better of two wheels that I found on-line in poor, but restorable condition. re-plating was the plan, but I had to ditch that plan because of cost, quality and timing.
Really, any 6 inch rear wheel, sprocket and internal brake setup will work.

Looking for a front wheel and tire for my project build.
