Hey guys I just cleaned out my carburetor for on my scat-cat mini bike which has a 3.5HP Tecumseh motor on it (Tecumseh/H35-45621S). As I was about to connect the fuel line, I noticed when I give it throttle, it (not sure what the name of the part is) doesn't come back to it's starting point like it did before. I would give it throttle and let off and it would just stay there and not return! If I were to start the bike it would want to take off and not stop. How do I fix this??? Did I do something wrong when putting the carburetor back together? Please help thanks!
