Working on making the bracket to hold the brake band. Going to hold off drilling the last two holes until I get a jack shaft that I ordered. I want to get the sprocket and chain all lined up first and then line up the brake bracket.
Original fenders would be old manco fenders I can get you the correct measurements if you wish. There slightly bigger than the common repro fenders you find online.

At first I thought no... then yesterday in the sunlight I saw that charger was on the back of the seat. You can faintly see it in this pic
@mrpat saw the post and gifted me a adhesive template!! Being that this seat is original, going to try my best to preserve it. There are some rips. Going to test my sewing skills LOL. If it doesn’t turn out reasonably well… I’ll be reaching out to Karen for one of her beautiful seats.
The threads on the rear axle are shot. Waiting for a new axle to come in so I can get the chain, brakes and fender bracket all lined up. I started messing with a 1978 HS50 that I have had for a while. Thinking this is my best option for a engine right now, Unless I find an older one.
