Did you ever figure out what this frame is.. i have a similiar frame, that i want to identify.. thank you rich...

this frames original equipment is 5 inch wheels. whether or not 6 inches will fit, i am not sure.:shrug:

here are the pics. i started to bead blast the frame but did not finish.. this manco comes with forks, frame, frame bushings with mount bolt for forks, front and rear axels with spacers, front and rear plastic fenders, and linkage for scrub break.
