We put a 1 inch cen. clutch on, by bushing the shaft up to 1 inch, then we put the engine on my Dad's mill and machined a key, pretty cool !:scooter:

Our Brigg's is a 8 hp, and the orginal up draft carb, the engine orginaly was a generator, we would like to find a better preforming carb, down draft? Primeable? We can make a new manufold, and adapt, Can anyone please advise?

My son and I are building up neat project, and have a 8 hp Briggs motor, has a 7/8 shaft, no key, has a tappered lead, with internal thread on the end, we think the motor was off a generator. Can anyone help us find a centrifugal clutch to fit this shaft ? Thanks John
