Are these supposed to have a torque converter on them? I've seen them both ways. Just wondering with the bigger tires.

Been working on this for a customer. Fought it for 3-4 days. Run but only on choke. Checked all the obvious, everything was fine. Come to find out the intake spacer plate has to be warped. Changed it from a running engine and everything works fine. Anyone know what year by chance?

I know this is old but was there a official "fixed" any where? I hate when people leave things unfinished.....
