Guess it all boils down to how bad you want it and what your capability for the repair is or willing to pay for the repair on top of the $200 for the frame. Most any of this stuff can be repaired or rebuilt with the right experience or under experienced construction instruction. Id need to see more of it overall to judge for myself to see wether it would be repairable or just used for a copy model. That stuff is getting scarce so it might be worth it if it isn't a tubing wall rusted out piece. Reforming and replacing that fronts not a big deal really. Bear in mind it would never be a true original there after.
