Thanks David, I can't pump up the tires very much because they round out and get very near the fender. It's not a big deal, I am still pretty happy with the bike overall. I am going to ride it this summer and work on it again next winter.

Well,I got it together and took it for the first ride. It runs good, lots of power and really fast but I can only start it with starting fluid. I'm not sure how to fix that. It likes to wheelie. The exhaust works great and has just the right sound. The brakes work good. The low...

I sandblasted the frame, fenders, rims, and brake lever last weekend and primed and painted them. I decided to paint the fenders white.

Thanks for the kind words. It's been a fun project. I am super happy with how the rear brake/wheel project turned out. The front end will also have awesome brakes with the ATC 200X front hydraulic disk set-up (maybe too good). I have all the parts to put that together. I just have a few...

Here is some info about my rear wheel set-up. I bought a complete rear wheel assembly from a Yamaha BW200 off of Ebay. The brake pedal is a welded assembly made of angle, strap, and 1/2" round steel stock. I bolted an aluminum square on the end to be the pedal. Here it is: I welded a...
