Got time to work on the tav2 done the grinding and so forth required but seems the backplate is cuped and when bolted up the chain is hitting on the backplate. Thought it just wasn't back far enough at first but after looking it is not hitting a thing and the rear pulley and sprocket on the tav...

Ended up with the tav2 so we will see how it goes i guess. Thanks for all the input and tips.

Was looking for advice as if you have to do any major modifications to the engine to install a tav2 or if it is direct bolt up. I have searched many different places including here and couldn't really ever find a clear answer. I also looked into the TC2 kit that said no mods needed but wasn't...
