Starter is FIXED Where the "balls in the basket" slips onto the crankshaft... a LOT of grease there, wouldn't let it rotate freely on the crankshaft shaft. Rope starter works like a dream Can't thank you guys enough

Guys the start rope won't rewind. When the cover is off the recoil works fine, it's how hard the shaft is to turn that keeps it from rewinding. See the pic with the screwdriver pointing to the shaft and flywheel. That's where the problem is... I think. Any ideas? Thanks
