Cleaning up /polishing the surfaces on this TAV 30 torque converter, these two minibikes sat in storage for a long time...little pitting but some fine emery cloth and steel wool is smoothing it out nicely

Sleeve loose on this torque converter, hope this holds

Heald Trail Bronc, Snow Engine. 30 series Comet 1" crank, with counter shaft cut off.

A completed project. I think it turned out real nice.

Doodle bug 30 that started out yellow, took the stock motor off & rebuilt a 1974 briggs 5hp. I then bought new fenders & made new fender mounts to mount them close to the tires for a nice look. then had the hole frame & fenders sandblasted & powder coated orange.
