Hi Folks, I know that the minibike community is made up of some of the most knowledgeable small engine people--CFH, Markus,.... About what years did Tecumseh and Briggs introduce emissions carburetors? Maybe the mid-1990's? I collect and work on snowblowers. I am thinking of phasing out...

We purchased 3 new trucks this year to keep compliant with the California Air Research Board.... who knew all I needed to do is tell my guys don't go to In-N-Out and we would have been fine... Just wait my CA buddies your going to see Fast Food Emissions some day soon now theres a 6 dollar...
