About what is the max lift that most clones start to experience interference between the spring retainer and the valve guide?

I've got a Baja Warrior with the GX200 clone and a Torque-a-verter and I'me having some trouble with the chain hitting the inside(non-moving) sheave of the driven pulley. I have moved the engine as far to the left as it will allow and the chain still hits... I was looking at the rear axle...

Hey guys, I didnt realize it but I had a H70 sitting around that had a lighting coil on it. It appears to be the exact same size as the original HS40 Coil. Yes this lighting coil is being installed on my HS40. Here is my issue. The flywheel fits and clears about 3/4 of the way around. It seems...
