OK so I'm thinking on building a predator 212hemi to the max. I'd like some help from the experts please. I'd like to remove the governor, replace flywheel, replace valves, springs, cam, rod, even the carb if needed. Or anything else one seems necessary. So my question is which part numbers...

Have a 3.5 Briggs flathed with air vain. I have disconnected the air vaine and placed the throttle directly to the carb throttle lever. Engine maxes at 3925 RPMs( good gauge) with it loaded and not loAded. I Don't see anything else to raise the RPMs. Any ideals to raise rmps.
