I got a 5hp briggs for 5$ at a swap meet and it came with a weird pulsa jet ive never seen, it has a larger center bore and a bolt flange, not a typical 2 bolt 5hp pulsajet. What is this carb and where can i get a new one?

If you look inside the open end of the long tube you can see the edge of a liner or sleeve cut at an angle. Very thin Is that a liner / sleeve inside the pulsajet carbs ? It it removable ? Grind the edge smooth ?

I assume the 3.5 hp pulsajet carb has a smaller fuel jet than a 5.5 hp pulsa jet. It it possible to use the 3.5 carb on a 5.5 briggs? Where is the jet located? Can the jet be changed or drilled?
