1960s Fuji Go Devil minibike for sale

have a 1960s Go Devil mini ike for sale. I'm asking $400 plus shipping and handling. Can pickup from Richland Missouri. Don't know much about this but came across it in my grandparents barn., seat is only thing missing. Needs work but great fixer upper. All original parts are there except seat.

Does the engine turn over?
You probably don't know if it runs, do you?
They are cool little bikes. Is there a box of parts included?

I'm trying to edit the post because i was just told its not complete, I'm posting it for my boyfriend and he said it turns over but doesnt fire, he hasnt had time to mess with it, it's just as we found it. I also do have a carburetor for it but dont have the bag for it
