1970? Fox Sundowner for sale. $1,500.00

Fox sundowner with a Sachs 47cc Saxonette two speed transmission. Owned for over 50 years. I had two versions of these about the time I got married One with wire wheels, the other with steel. I put together what I thought was the best of the stuff. It runs superbly, headlights, tail light, good brakes, comfy seat, gas tank inside is SPOTLESS. new chain, I just purchased a new carburetor (included) just for the brass float, that somehow looked crushed after sitting inside for the last 20 years! ? I have been riding it lately, What a gas! Tires look amazing for their age (as does my wife). with any response I may give you my Ph# I live in the St. Louis area. Thanks: Mikey the biker.

as an FYI They didn't start making those till about 1973/74 and the tank is the later version (after they bought out speedway stock-and those sold up through the late/end of 70's as Manco bought out and sold the leftovers when Fox went out in 76/77) Nice lookin bike!
