I have a 3.5hp Tec. that is in good condition. The diaphram carb has a new rebuild kit on it. The gov linkage has to be readjusted for it to run. I'll take $45 shipped.
No thats not extra. I rebuilt it and never put it back on. It's sitting on my workbench along with the air filter. Its a complete engine, and its begging to come home with you.
