As much as possible on pump gas. Any suggestions on proven combinations?
Also, Who do you know that does blueprinting and machine work on these?
Thanks.
I can do machine work, or blue printing.
The stock briggs WF is hard to beat for a reliable setup that makes good power.
It's a dome piston, billet rod, 0.308" lift cam with easy start, bigger intake, bigger carb, and the rest is builder stuff.
Try an aftermarket cam. It will be one of the cheapest and best upgrades you can do on the animal motor. A lot of the go kart racing sites sell them. Just be careful not to go TOO big or you will have to do some upgrades. good luck
Hey OldIron, Call Terry at NASH MOTORSPORTS (909)981-9611 .He's an expert on these.18 time National Kart engine builder . Very good shop just around the corner from Pomona race track.
