looks like a ruttman, possibly wild goose that had 6' wheels and folding pegs, thats a nice little frame.

The one I have has a 3" high seat,and the bike sits 25" high with the seat and 6" wheels, and with the 4" wheels 23" high perfect for a child, and my daughter is 8 and its perfect height.

That's about as small of a bike as you are going to find. Put 4" wheels on it:thumbsup:

My yellow Lil' Indian avatar here to the left
has 5" rims with low profile tires, measures 19"
to the top of the seat, and is quite similar to the Ruttman's.

I'm 6'2" and riding mine is comfortable, and my knees keep my ears warm.

Thats actually a bigger Ruttman. I don't know if it will matter with the height. But it's the longer bike with two seat mounts. Either way buy it.
