Looks like maybe a Fox Thunderbolt. Has a 14 inch rear and 16 inch front rim. What do you think Fox?

As of right now it's not for sale. I might get it back on the road or I might part it out. Don't really know yet, it's not eating anything sitting in my barn.

The rear sprocket is smaller than the stock original one so I wonder if he had a small motorcycle engine with a gear box mounted to it?
