Horstman Primary Clutch Question

I just bought a Horstman primary (which I believe was used on Arctic Cat minibikes) and have a couple questions: 1) how does this clutch work? I’m not seeing how anything moves on the side with the springs; 2) do I have all of the parts for the clutch? I assume the two halves line up on the engine shaft, but I am not seeing any bushings that would go between the two parts.

not sure if you still have it but if you are not using it I need one for an arctic cat bike I am trying to get running
