well it has a sticker on it that says ruttman uglys but just want to make sure ruttman and maybe model thanks got this from a guy at work said he had since a little kid was aware that he painted it white and prob not original color, got it for $50
I don't know what was so funny....
But I beleive the Toad and the Vulture were 4" wheeled bikes. Differences may have been fenders, seat size, and ?? RUTMAN
