!st mini bike build lil indian

Well i got a old lil indian frame and i making a little progress,blasted,powdercoated,axles grips.Going pretty good so far.I keep up with the updates.Here are a few pics.Got a question for you all,the bike came with the 4" wheels plain, white(rusty lol)should i keep it with those or upgrade for nice chrome or mag style?I would like to enter it in shows when complete but it not going to be stock as it sits before the wheels.What would you all do.

Hi,I would keep and restore your original wheels for a show bike.The 4 spoke mags Lil Indian had are hard to locate and just the rims,if you ever find them can bring $150 to $200 and that's just the rims.You might want to check my ebay auction# 290432219325,these are the same correct as your original's,except,there restored wheels with NOS tires.PM me if you need to know the correct engine,brake etc.. that you will need,this,of course is based on whether you want the bike original or custom,thanks :thumbsup::thumbsup:
