Hello, I have an ols 3 1/2 Hp Tecumseh horizontal shaft and the carb has no float bowl. I tried to kit it outbut don't have a manual or diagram. Long story short, I can't get it to check the gas, and it all leaks out. Can anyone help me out with a manual, daigram, or anything? Anything would be appreciated. Oh, it's on an old MTD. Thanks
Sounds like you have a Diaphragm type carburetor. If fuel is leaking out them the main diaphragm may be stuck open. I think rebuilding those carburetors is farely easy.
What you should do is look for some serial numbers on the engine and post those here as soon as possible. Also look for some numbers the the carburetor.
