Looks you you have an electronic ignition late model engine? If so I have one 12v 3amp available $160 picked up (Fl 34223) or add 18 to ship (lower 48 only)
this one is lighting only 3amp ac same as any small frame recreational engine that had the option for it. The combo ones need to use 5 magnets they are usually 3 amp dc for charging and 5 amp ac for lights in the small frame size.
