What make of engine is this, size and disc brake

Anyone know what make this engine is and size? I also wanna find out what disc brake this is.

I could probably figure this out had the previous owner not tried to make the bike look like a Smurf.

I think you're right. I knew what the bike was but I was lead to believe the engine wasn't original on it, but it looks like it may be.

Interesting, the ad says the motor was Lauson Tecumseh. Most that I have seen had Briggs motors.
