Unknown chopper. Has unique fake gas tank. Has different seat setup than Bonanza,Sensation, and Penny's Duster. Has fake shock struts. Bought it with Tec H40.
Power Dyne also built one one of these Ruttman chopper knock offs. I would guess Power Dyne copying the Ruttman choppers, but Lil Indian also made a chopper like these that had the bend in the back bone.
