the engine kits are $275 + $94 shipping (everything comes in one 17" square 44 lb box shipping is expensive to Canada)
if paid by check or money order it will be $369US total
if paid by paypal it will be $383US (this includes paypal's 4% fee)

I also have the parts installation kits available, you supply the 6.5hp engine. these kits are $125 + $26 shipping to Canada
