thank you guys the frame has been cut and raised i wonder if it can be brought back to life if its even worth it do you know what kind of value its worth the way it sits?

sorry new at this i got this tonight and was wondering what the frame is i know the moter is hf but thought the bike its self was old dont know if its got any value or worth trying to restore any help would be great thanks
