Correct, driven pulley installs opposite of how it's shown.

I think they're both 3/4" to match the JS, but I'll measure them and post later today. Confirmed, both pulleys are 3/4" ID

Complete TC system includes drive pulley, driven pulley, belt, jackshaft (.75" dia. x 8.75" L) and a box of extra parts (springs, rollers, etc). It was set up to run on a Jr dragster with I believe a 4300 launch RPM. $125 plus shipping. PayPal accepted, Mike

This is a Power-Dyne Cougar that I rescued from an ugly fate. It was missing the original motor, drive clutch, fuel tank and hand controls when I found it. I stripped the frame to bare metal, painted it with rattle can paint, installed all new bushings and bearings, new stainless hardware...

I had a similar problem, which was made worse because a previous owner had installed it backwards on the JS, and the sprocket on the other end was welded to the JS. I tried PB blaster, heat and the pickle fork to no avail. Eventually ground off the welded sprocket to remove the pulley and JS...
