I got these handlebar risers off of a Honda 400EX ATV. I don't have a picture of them, but I detailed and powdercoated them already. I'm still waiting on my handlebars to arrive and still need to paypal 8ball for a seat. Hope to have it completed in another couple of weeks.

Just powdercoat it. You're looking at 20 bucks or so to get it done. Why spend 12 bucks on a can of spray paint and can of spray clear ? Do it right.

I just converted mine a few days ago. The Magnetron kit comes in a little box with full instructions. It clips into place on the stock coil. You connect one wire and you're done. I just bead blasted my original coil and reused it with the kit, which cost 14 dollars at my local small engine parts...

If you really want to improve your brake, you might do some research on clutch brakes. There's a good number of threads on this board concerning them with good pictures. After reading all the options that's what I chose for my project to replace the scrub brake.

They are spot welded in place originally. Do you have access to a welder ? Here's a 3 hp shroud I just got done powdercoating. See the little dimples next to each leg ? Those are the spot welds I am talking about.
