I have a central cycle supply charger. The brakes are horrible, border line useless. They are basically a leather band around a drum. Is there a cheap and easy retrofit available that will actually stop this beast?

Hey guys, brand new member here. I just figured out that my mini bike is a Central Cylce Supply Charger. I am thinking of selling it, but have no idea what to ask for it. The frame is in great shape, has a new 5hp briggs on it, slick rear tire, and bugle pipe off one my my racing karts...
