leak?

I bought a DB30 a while ago, and I ripped the 97cc off and swapped out the 212 because I know those motors a lot better than the 97cc. Now my goal is to get this little 97cc running. It's been sitting in my garage for a while. I found lots of problems with the carb when I first opened it up...

So my rear tire was flat and i hoped that filling it up would be the fix, but unfortunately there is a slow leak from it (drains the tire in a few seconds with weight on it) but the hole is about the size of a pinhole, i think its too small to get a plug into it. Any ideas how to fix it?

I just got some goodies from AGK ($589.27 worth hehe Thank the world for b-days!) and I need to decide where to mount my fuel pump. I have the L shaped clone and I need to know if the square part where the Air box was is a good spot to mount the pump, and if so will it leak? And what will it...
