I just picked this up, got home and fired up and it run's like a champ, now i'm just trying to figure out what it is..... any ideas?? new, old?

Wondering what it would be worth? Look original? What kind of value could I expect? I don't mind someone else jumping on it, thats the risk you take posting publicly about nice finds. Thoughts???? mini bike
