Hello all, maybe someone can help me with some fork issues. I recently traded for this mini project and it needs some work. As you can see the forks are apart, lower shaft has a welded spring cup and the center shaft is a 3/4 inch solid rod. Should the solid rod slide up and down in the lower half?
