Local fellow selling them says the yellow one might be a Keystone.
No clue on the blue one.
The same guy seems to find 2 or 3 old beauties every month.

What are they? Anyone?

I searched the forum photos' and saw a Keystone "TAZ" that has the same tank.Could it be a taz?

The blue one is definitely a roper missing all the hard to find parts.
Tank,clutch cover, correct motor, and some sort of plug-in rear grab bar.
Think i'll pass on these ones.

Welcome...I am not too familiar with the Keystones. But I think the difference is the forks.
