Idea is to build a " OverKill " Sno-bike.

Many parts are needed and I may not get this done.

What the Hay, I'll go for it.

I may or may not be using these forks ( Off a MTB ).

I would like to build my own Springer fork from some old bent MX bicycle forks.



Track is from a Noma Snow-Blower.

Plan is to drive the track with the Mini bikes rear wheel and tire.

Kind of, but not the same as the other Snow Bikes on the OldMiniBikes forum.


Engine, at this point is a HM 7hp Tec

However, that is a subject that may change as well. :shrug:

Parts ordered;

I've come up with the idea to use a Pallet Truck Nylon Wheel as a snow track idler wheel.

A change in bearing size will be required.

Needed brass bushings for the rear swing arm, this bike only had one.

Oilite Flange Bushing Bronze New 1/2 id x 5/8 x 3/8 Brass

e-bay # 350395529364 if someone should need these..



Parts Needed; :deal:

4" wheel, wheel hub, wheel sprocket & chain 40/41

Rear wheel axle, bearings, disc brake & caliper

Handle bar & clamps, throttle & cable

Exhaust, I might make myself ? or alter something.

Clutch or TAV ? not sure which way I will go here.

May need a longer 5/8" jack-shaft ? clutch related reasons

Seat, need to make from scratch

Make Guard's for TAV or Clutch
