Can you tell me a little about the engine ? Rebuilt or just repainted ? Is there a throttle plate ? I don't have any experience with Briggs so I want to know what else I might need to install it. Thanks

it is still available/carb has been rebuilt only but motor runs strong/govenor has been removed and cable will hook directly to linkage
