5 hp dual bearing w/ cast iron sleeve

i am building a motor and need a block. where can i get one? and which engines if i was to buy a complete engine come like this from the factory.

im still looking for the right block can anybody help? I need a dual bearing block w/ cast iron sleeve with this style of intake mount.

notice the second hole below the bottom carb bolt.

eh doesnt need to be a dual bearing block but one with a cast iron sleeve.
