5hp what main jet?

I just picked up a 5hp kart racing engine which is setup for race fuel, I just need to replace the main jet. What size would I need and are there different types. Here's a pic of the carb. Thanks.

might not be that simple! The kart guys running alcohol or methanol would have drilled that carb out behind the jet. You need to pull the jet out and have a look. There should be two LITTLE holes behind the actual jet. If they have been drilled larger, find another carb!

He said it wasn't drilled out, just grab a new jet for gas he was running methanol

CarPlayLB is correct. If he was running methanol there is a good possibility the "cat's eyes" in the carb body behind the jet have been drilled out. If so you are screwed using that carb for gasoline...

Wow, a seller lying about or misrepresenting an item- imagine that!?
Place a wanted ad on this forum for a good used (gas) Briggs Raptor carb. My son has one on the performance-built Briggs Raptor engine on his Bonanza 1200- very good and reliable carb.

Michael don't think he was lying just didn't know what he was talking about since it was his sons race engine. So I need a raptor carb? Thanks
