Hello Fellow Minibike Enthusiast's & Motor Head's.
Today I acquired a Motor, Clutch, Some kinda jack shaft pulley system,
2 #41? Chains for the jack shaft & Rear wheel & Throttle Cable'
All from a Old Time Friend.
I believe it may of been from a Baja MB 200. (Not Certain)
Can Anyone tell me a how to remove a broken bolt ?

I would drop in a socket that will fit down in there. Square end up. Using a mig, feed some wire down into the socket welding the bolt to the socket. Do not fill the socket up, leave enough room for a ratchet/extension to fit into the socket. If everything works out, the heat from the weld should help break the bolt loose as you use your ratchet to back the broken bolt out.

I hope I explained this well enough. I have used this method many times to get broken spark plugs out deep cylinder heads.

Good luck!

*if you don't have the tools, most welding shops can do this cheap.

Problem may be resolved

Maybe if i remove the rest of the bolts the cover will come off,
And then I can grab the bolt .

def take the cover off, and if you still cant get it out using vice grips and propane heat, use a nut sitting over the stud and weld the nut inside to the bolt, then use the socket you were going to weld up to remove the nut and put the socket back in your tool box when done.

If that bolt is stuck due to the (over)use of red threadlock, without heat the threads could come out with the bolt. A little heat wouldn't hurt.

What Is It?

Mb 200 motor?
5.5 or 6.5 hp?
lighting coil?
Has 3 wires one for kill, one for lighting & an Unknown.
3/4 shaft?
Reasonable priced mods?
worth it?
i'm not a big guy bye any means so that jackshaft and 420 chains are history. I need more knowledge on this thing to acquire the proper air filter assembly & possibly the carburetor As the choke was off and it was raining some before i got to it.`maybe it'll be clean, the motor looks reasonably healthy. I'm not confident yet until i work on it. I hope it's good.
I know it will be super cool on my stock Doodlebug.
Bet I'll need Hydra brakes.

Well it looks like a MB165.

It appears to be a GX200 clone so most of what you need is same as a Honda GX160 or 200 ( or any clone there of ).

1 wire is ignition switch.
Other two are lighting package.

3/4 shaft

420 chain is cheap so just buy new chain.
6203-c3 2RS bearings for the jack shaft would be a nice

A 14cc head will liven it up with a small header and some jetting add a 4 deg advance key ( if you like ) and a filter kit.
Add a helper spring to the governor to raise the top RPM too around 4500 rpm.

Thats about all you can do without internal mods but the engine will run better all around.

Yeah'
If I can get it running'
it's gonna go on the doodle bug' or motovox mbx10
I'll need to buy a #35 clutch for the 3/4 crank arm.
As the 420 clutch bell will probably not fit my 5/8 clutch will it?

update''

I took off a few things, got the broken crankcase bolt out easily enough.
So now there's this aluminum looking ring/spacer I cannot get off to inspect the inside of the motor. What puller or ideas you fellas have to remove it?
I still have not found any identification numbers .
