Adding a brake to an existing bike...

New to mini bikes, and picked up a manco...
The only brake is a scrub brake which may as well be non existent.

So I would like to add a drum or disc brake to the rear wheel. Looking for the most painless/cost effective solution... it has 5" wheels...


Hoping someone can steer me in the right direction...
