I like those rail karts too and have seen several interesting designs on youtube.

This one looks like it has soft pneumatic or run flat tires which are a step above the steel or hard plastic rims many have. That one looks complex and heavy but the height is probably advantageous when the abandoned railroad you’re on has tall weeds growing between the rails. . .
