Looks like a powered trailer dolly someone made a golf cart from but that's a wild guess.:shrug:

I believe it was factory made it says on it SportsAll made by AllCarts Inc. out of TX I went online and tried to find something out about them and there is nothing?? It has electric start and a 4hp tescumseh, It runs good. THANKS

AllCarts Inc? i think that was the company that built cheap ass golf carts . like the goof ball 3 wheel buggys . it has the bag hook on it so golf cart im my guess
