it's the little indian (allied leisure) chopper version from about 2001. you can always tell those as the back axle holes are not welded together. the sides of the frame were designed so it can be stored flat. that was an inventory management system Allied Leisure used for this model. The wheels on this particular frame are not original. is it worth $300? i would say maybe. you'll need an engine and torque converter or clutch. Probably brakes too. The TC was an option for this model. They ride a bit odd to me. I had a decent one ready to ride, sold it for $500. It was difficult to get more than that for it. But i didn't have a TC (regular clutch).
