Azusa mini mini bike.

Built an asusa for my 9 year old nephew now my 6 year old nephew wanted to ride with us but naturally being 6 he's too short to reach the ground.
Solution buy another Azusa and chop it up.. took 4 inches out of the front and back as well as the forks,rewelded the fork tube in with added gussets.. Added foot rest,kickstand and a harbor freight 97cc engine,there was a brand new 212 on it but it's just to much power.
Engine has the factory gas tank and exhaust removed for clearance.
Media blasted the entire frame and will be painted yellow base clear 6 year Olds color choice.

Got more done on it over the weekend got it all painted and mostly assembled.
I'm waiting on a new tire and tube for the front and parts for the training wheels I'm putting on it.

Bikes almost done,got the fuel tank and clutch brake on.
The removable training wheels are done, Almost ready for test drive.

Nicely done! The chopped bike looks great and the attention to detail on both bikes is excellent. I grew up next door in Scotch Plains, so I know your area pretty well.
