Something doesn't look right there. Look at all the wear and age on the motor as compared to the rest of the bike. Either the motor was swapped or the bike has been partially restored.

Its possible but I think they guy was able to polish up the fenders and frame a lot easier than getting the engine to look new. It's really the decal that makes it so "survivor" looking. I only have the hard tail versions of the small wheeled MTD so can't vouche for the full suspension version but looks all their as well. It's nice to think a bike like this is out there but I would never pay that much for a minibike anyway.
